This beautiful custom built home with amazing architectural design sits just 100 yards off the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Your home away from home is situated in a private gated community and comes with amenities including 4000 feet of shoreline with two large sandy beaches for everyone to enjoy the summer fun. The main beach sits just 100 yards from the property. Other outdoor community offerings include, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce, ice skating, and miles of walking and x-country ski trails.
When you are ready to come inside after a day in the sun or after hitting the slopes, you will be welcomed to your home away from home where you may never want to go outside again! This lovely home includes over 4,300 Sq ft of living space, two master bedrooms both with en suites and private decks with lake views. The Great Room is the centerpiece of the home and is a fabulous place for everyone to come together and relax around the stone fireplace and gaze at the three story chimney and the multiple balconies overlooking the room. When you are ready to unwind, head on into the relaxation quarters where you will find an indoor hot tub, sauna and steam shower. This room also has fantastic views of the lake. If you are looking to enjoy our outdoor space, just step outside onto our expansive patio and wrap around deck where you can sit and relax on the outdoor furniture, warm up around the gas fire pit, or cook dinner on the gas grill.
